Effective date: October 6, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Wondaland Arts (“we”) about using Sequence: the Sequence app for Mac, the Sequence app for iPhone, and the listening service that connects them. By using Sequence you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Sequence.
The person making an album shares it from Sequence on the Mac with the people they invite. Those people listen in Sequence on the iPhone, leave notes and, if they were invited to edit, try other versions and running orders.
Sequence is in testing. It may change, stop working for a while, or be withdrawn, and things you have stored in it could be lost. It is a place to work on an album, not a place to keep the only copy of anything.
An album shared with you in Sequence is unreleased work, shared in confidence with you personally. Unless the person who shared it tells you otherwise:
The person who shared an album can take away your access at any time. They can also see what you listened to and the notes you leave, as our Privacy Policy explains.
If you leave notes, choose or make versions of a song, or save running orders, you allow the album’s owner and the other people working on it to use them in making the album.
Sequence does not decide who owns what in a recording. Nothing you do in the app gives or takes away rights in the music or a place in its credits. That is between you and the people you work with.
Stems in Sequence are made by software that estimates the separate parts of a finished recording. They are approximate, and are for listening and trying ideas.
Sequence is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will be available, free of faults, or suited to a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of your music and your project files.
As far as the law allows, Wondaland Arts is not liable for lost music, lost data, lost profits, or other indirect losses that come from using Sequence or being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law that cannot be given up.
If you got Sequence through Apple’s TestFlight or App Store, Apple’s own terms for them also apply. These terms are between you and Wondaland Arts, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Sequence or for supporting it.
If these terms change, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top. Carrying on using Sequence after that means you accept them.
